Depending on the features you use, we collect:

• Homebuying guide signup: your email address and consent confirmation, stored in protected cloud storage.
• Buyer profile (optional account): your sign-in email and account identifiers, plus the budget, lifestyle, must-haves, shortlist and saved matches you enter.
• Community matcher: the preferences you type, which are sent to an AI service provider to generate suggestions.
• Inquiry form: the form opens your own email program addressed to us. We receive whatever you choose to send; the site does not store that message.

Our hosting, security and service providers process technical data needed to deliver the site, including IP address, device and browser details, request logs, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, page requests and error reports. Loading map tiles and web fonts sends your IP address and browser details to those providers.

We do not currently run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, chat tools or payment services. If that changes, optional tools will only run after your consent where required, and this notice will be updated.

We use information to operate and secure the site (legitimate interests), provide the guide download and account features you request (contract/your request), send communications you consented to (consent), respond to inquiries (legitimate interests or steps before a contract), and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context targeted advertising. We disclose information to service providers that host the site, store data, deliver maps and fonts, and run the AI matcher, under their terms. Inquiries you send may be handled by affiliated Peters businesses. The matcher produces automated suggestions but does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected: account data until you delete your account or ask us to, guide signups until you withdraw consent, and technical logs according to provider retention settings. We do not promise a fixed period where one has not been established.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and owner-only access rules for account data. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from yours.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy of, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal a decision about your request. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and visitors from the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR and UK GDPR, may exercise these rights by emailing npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. We will verify requests reasonably and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. EU/UK visitors may also complain to their data protection authority.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and we keep optional categories switched off.

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child submitted information.

Linked websites and embedded services such as the map have their own privacy practices.

Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date and, where consent is involved, by showing the cookie choices again.
