Accessibility Statement

The accessibility standard the Huntersville NC Guide aims for, the features in place, and how to report a barrier.

Effective September 26, 2026 · Last reviewed September 26, 2026

Our goal

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance.

What we do

The site is designed to support:

  • keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
  • semantic headings and landmarks
  • alternative text for meaningful images
  • labeled form fields
  • readable color contrast
  • browser zoom and responsive layouts
  • screen readers through accessible names on controls

Known limitations

Interactive maps can be difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader; the same places are described in text on guide pages. Some decorative motion may not yet respect reduced-motion settings everywhere.

Report a barrier

Email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the page address, the problem, any assistive technology you use, and how you would like us to respond. We review every report but cannot promise a specific response time.

Third-party websites

Linked websites, including commonly owned sites and map providers, may follow different accessibility practices.
