DMCA and Content-Removal Policy

Send notices to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. A registered DMCA designated agent has not been verified for this site. Your notice must include:

• identification of the copyrighted work
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and its page address
• your name, address, telephone number and email
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
• your physical or electronic signature

If your material was removed, a counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any district where the service provider may be found) and to accept service from the complainant.

Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
